Add the devices in ASCOM list of devices 

Fist we need to add the two devices manually so that they appear in the chooser.

Open Ascom Diagnostics

Choose device -> choose and Connect Device

Select Safety Monitor and then Choose

Create the Alpaca Safety Monitor Driver

Click on Alpaca -> Create Alpaca Driver

Name it OBSTECH Safety Monitor

Select Properties

Select Alpaca OBSTECH Safety Monitor and properties

Put the address 10.0.11.3 and port 5565

Click OK

Select Observing Conditions

Create the Alpaca Observing Conditions Driver

Click on Alpaca -> Create Alpaca Driver

Name it OBSTECH Observing Conditions and click ok

Select Properties

Put the address 10.0.11.3 and port 5575

Both Observing Conditions and Safety Monitors will now appear in their respective ASCOM CHOOSERS!
